Single Seat Valves

The single-seat valves from SPX are highly versatile stop and change-over valves which are very fast and easy to service. A metallic stop minimises stress and load on seat seals, which in the long run minimises downtime. Furthermore, the valves are equipped with a fully welded, maintenance free actuator.

The Alfa Laval Tri-Clover® 700 Series is a range of air-operated single-seat valves that provide years of reliable performance, and have been installed for decades in various food, dairy and beverage plants across the US.

When the product must be isolated from the external environment, the W90 Series valve is an ideal choice. This series valve utilizes a diaphragm adapter to provide a reliable, hermetic seal around the valve stem.

A great solution for aseptic applications, this valve series utilizes a stem flush adapter to provide a liquid or steam barrier around the valve stem.

The DELTA MS4 and MSP4 aseptic single seat valves are designed for aseptic applications in the food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
