BEECO offers a fully traceable line of competitively priced sanitary control and pressure relief valves including vacuum breakers and float valves specifically designed for beverage and dairy applications. All of our valves and breakers are machined from solid stainless steel forgings to ensure smooth non-porous surfaces for long-term performance and each is certified to USDA AMS standards per NSF/ANSI/3-A 2002.
A rugged, sanitary float valve which combines quick disassembly/assembl y with easy cleaning. Sanitary finish both inside and out allows the valve to be fully submerged. The balanced plug with O-ring seals provides positive sealing. It can withstand inlet pressures up to 60 psi. It handles 100 gallons per minute at 60 psi.
Sanitary, non-adjustable low pressure relief valve for liquid and air service. It features a large flow capacity with light accumulation. The opening relief pressure is set at the factory, according to customer’s need, between 2 and 20 PSI. Simple rugged design for positive closure, easy take-apart, cleaning and reassembly.
A spring loaded, self-setting, self-actuating sanitary pressure relief valve that is preset and actuated solely and directly by the upstream static line pressure. It combines
quick and easy cleaning and assembly with low blowdown and accumulation.
A compact, quick acting, sanitary vacuum breaker for eliminating air from processing lines. It offers two-way passage of air flow until the line is pressurized, then the plug rises and closes the valve. When depressurized, the plug drops, which allows air back into the system draining the line of liquid.
A sanitary tank vacuum relief valve providing quick action, large flow and minimal accumulation. The non-adjustable low vacuum relief setting is closed under pressure, atmospheric pressure, or partial vacuum. It opens at specified low degree of vacuum and continues to open with increasing vacuum.
These valves work reliably when used in milk processing lines. Milk fats serve as lubricants for the valves. For products not containing natural lubricants, approved lubricants may be used. If using a QVVO valve, try teflon coated Buna-N or Viton O-rings.
The Alfa Laval Safety Valve protects your equipment, your environment, and the health and safety of your workers. This safety device is designed to open and relieve excess pressure from vessels or equipment and then reclose and prevent the further release of fluid when the system returns to normal.
To prevent damage to the tank and help ensure safe operations, the Alfa Laval SB Pressure Relief Valve protects a pressurized tank during an overpressure event. It is designed for hygienic processes in the brewery, dairy, food and beverage industries. The valve can be integrated with a SCANDI BREW® tank top system.
